Fire Pump Installation
Complete fire pump installation including pump assembly, motor or engine, controller wiring, jockey pump setup, suction and discharge piping, test header connections, check valves, pressure gauges, and system integration with your building's fire sprinkler network. We coordinate with electrical contractors, mechanical engineers, and the AHJ to deliver a turnkey installation that passes acceptance testing the first time.
Annual Flow Testing
NFPA 25 requires annual full-flow fire pump tests to verify the pump is delivering rated capacity at rated pressure. We perform complete flow tests, record suction and discharge pressures at no-flow, rated flow, and 150% of rated flow, and plot the results against the original acceptance test curve. You receive a certified report documenting performance, identifying any degradation, and flagging issues before they become failures.
Weekly & Monthly Maintenance
Fire pumps require weekly no-flow churn tests and monthly inspections of the pump, driver, controller, and all associated components. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts that cover everything — churn test runs, lubrication, packing adjustments, battery checks for diesel drivers, controller condition verification, and alarm testing. You stay compliant without having to think about it.
Repair & Emergency Service
Pump failures, controller malfunctions, packing leaks, bearing wear, overheating, jockey pump cycling issues, and diesel engine problems — we diagnose and repair fire pump systems to restore them to full operation.
